Refunds

At publication Drawbore does not sell a product or service. All pages are free. This policy applies if a paid product is offered later.

Window

A person who makes an eligible purchase may ask for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No reason is required.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund”.
2. Include the address used for the purchase, the date, and a receipt if one exists.

Drawbore aims to process a valid request within fourteen days of a complete email. The time for the amount to appear on a statement depends on the bank or card issuer, often another five to ten business days.

Limits

A refund cannot exceed the amount actually captured. Chargebacks and refunds are not stacked for the same capture. Digital goods already delivered remain subject to this 30-day window; statutory cooling-off rights in the buyer’s country are not waived.

Legal rights

Nothing in this page limits rights that cannot be limited under Brazilian consumer law or under mandatory rules of the buyer’s residence.
